The Town Crier stands in Kal Crossing, calling out the news. When you arrive fresh from the dead with an undead attack to report, Cassius Boone tells you "I would ask the town crier, he should know more on the matter." You catch the Crier mid-announcement and he cuts you off, but he does tell you where to go: Captain Badon at the North Gate.

Yeah, you and the last person who wanted something from me. Anyway-
Ugh, any information relating to undead sightings should be brought to Captain Badon by the North Gate.
For other questions I guess you can talk to me, you look totally helpless enough that you're probably not trying to get free stuff out of me.
