Sedna Trappe teaches the crafting of bows and wands. Elmer Albero sends you to her from his lumber yard: "she is just down the road back towards Kal Crossing." She would prefer you paid, "just one class, or a bundle of ten", and asks how much money you have on you. Plead poverty and she teaches you anyway. In One Short Lesson you choose between her two crafts: ranged weapons or sorcery catalysts.
She is practical. "Nature always provides, so don't waste what you get. Prepare the meat, tan the fur, and make something good from it." She also warns about the road west to 
Badongerst: "recently they've been having issues with bandits". In the Returning the Favour event, "The local guard is teaming up with Sedna to make shortbows to ship North for the war effort."
