What it does

Shrinks every melee, ranged and elemental hit you take, after resistances and before armour. The cut grows quickly at first and flattens out, and at level 100 the multiplier reaches zero.

How to train it

Taking hits: 3 xp for every point of damage your armour, resistances and Defense level stop. Damage stopped by a shield block counts half.
